Wataview is a half-acre beachfront property with plenty of space for any activity, whether lounging at the end of the pier with a good book, beachcombing, shooting some hoops or taking a dip in the pool.
The large beachfront veranda has sound system speakers, rectangular dining table for ten, round table for four, and a large sectional sofa.
The large pool deck has enough lounge chairs and seating for a group around the hot tub and swimming pool. There is a poolside shower, bar area and grill.
Outdoor bar and grill station: The shaded oceanfront bar seats six and has a sink, ice machine and bar fridge. There is a large gas grill with rotisserie and side burner.
Pier: The 175’ pier has a fish cleaning station to prepare your days catch, boat boarding platform, swim platform with ladder, and a large palapa with bench seating.
Tennis court: The regulation size double tennis court also has a basketball net. Rackets and balls are provided for both tennis and Pickleball.
Pool table is available for use on the ground level in the gym.
